Sinopsis Serie de TV (1998). 13 episodios. Lain Iwakura, una introvertida chica de 14 anos, apenas tiene relacion con la Red. Por ese motivo no se entera de unos e-mails que estan circulando sobre una companera de clase que se acaba de suicidar, Chisa Yomoda. Una semana despues del suicidio, Lain recibe este e-mail de Chisa: "Querria que tu, al menos tu, supieras que sigo viva. Mi espiritu esta aqui,en la Red he encontrado a Dios." Al recibirlo, Lian Iwakura empieza su investigacion sobre la Red, intentando encontrar una explicacion a este increible mensaje.
